Doctors, have you ever taken a call from
a recruiter regarding a locums job that sounded really great? You liked
the location, you liked the job description, the compensation was
agreeable…BUT, the dates and schedule needed did not coincide well with your
availability.
Is this a reason to just walk

be feasible. As recruiters, we are going to present to you the ideal
coverage a client facility is seeking – yet we all know this is not a perfect
world. Perhaps your credentials alone could influence a client facility
to modify their search, and what type of coverage they would accept from a
locums candidate.
Make no mistake, as recruiters
we are trying to find the ideal candidate who could provide the exact coverage
a client facility needs. However, there are many instances where this
ideal candidate is unable to be found. Make us your best offer, and let

assignment!
