Building Client Trust

by Admin 15. August 2008 09:43

In the world of locums, many short term, temporary transactions take place.  It is not often we get to have solid work with a client that lasts more than a couple of months.  In the case of Eagle Hospital Physicians, a hospitalist practice management company, it occurred and occurred quickly.  It started with a couple of hospitals in Alabama and a year later, the scope of Delta’s business with EHP stretched as far north as Maryland, as south as Florida and as west as Texas.  Both teams share a trust and respect that has allowed for success on both sides and over a year later, we are still going strong.

Rob and I went to go visit them in Atlanta in the first quarter of this year to discuss strategy and have a face to face performance update.  It was great seeing the headquarters and meeting everyone that I speak to over the phone on a daily basis.  We knew we had to bring them down to Texas for a weekend to show what our company and state are all about.  So naturally, when The Delta Companies’ semiannual golf tournament occurred  in late spring, benefiting the Make-A-Wish foundation of North Texas, we flew David Cooke out to Dallas for the weekend.
